Pricing.
All prices are in United States dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Discounts.
If you have received a discount coupon or voucher, you may use only one per order. We do not combine discounts.

Returns/Refunds.
If something you've purchased doesn't fit, we will gladly alter it for you or exchange it for a different size, provided that the item is clean, undamaged and unworn. However, no refunds will be issued.

Shipping.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address. If your package is returned as undeliverable, you must pay the shipping fee again before we will resend it. For international customers, we will not mark your purchase as a "gift" on the customs form, and we are not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur.

Cat Allergies.
Nice Face is run out of a home studio in an apartment with three cats. If you have an allergy to cats, please let us know and we will be glad to take special care to wash your item[s] before shipping. However, if your allergy is severe, you may want to refrain from ordering altogether.

Color of Garments.
Please note that in addition to colors appearing differently on different computer monitors, our fabrics also come from several different suppliers. Therefore, due to availability, there may occasionally be a slight discrepancy between the shade of a garment shown on the website and what you receive in your order. If you'd like make sure you'll be happy with the currently-available shade, please email us to request a free fabric swatch.

Privacy.
We will not, under any circumstances, share your personal information with any third parties.
