How do I place an order?
To place an order, choose your size and color (if applicable) from the drop-down menus, then click "Add to Cart." Once your items have been added, follow the instructions in the shopping cart to complete checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Nice Face accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, as well as money orders. If you'd like to pay by money order, please email us with your order information. Sorry, no personal checks.

How long will it take to receive my order/how will it be shipped?
Because everything is made to order, please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world at no extra charge!

What is your return policy?
If something you've purchased doesn't fit, we will gladly alter it for you or exchange it for a different size, provided that the item is clean, undamaged and unworn. However, no refunds will be issued.

May I cancel my order?
No. Once an order has been placed, the sale is final, save for the aforementioned alterations or exchanges.

What size should I order?
The easiest way to determine your size is to use a measuring tape to measure around the fullest part of your bust, smallest part of your waist, and fullest part of your hips, then compare those measurements to our standard sizes. If none of those suit you, we do offer custom sizing; please send an email for more information!

Is there an extra charge to custom-make items in large sizes?
Absolutely not! We don't believe in making anyone pay extra for needing a custom size. :)

Why is the color of my item lighter/darker than it appears on the website?
Because our fabrics come from several different suppliers, due to availability there may occasionally be a slight discrepancy between the shade of a garment shown on the website and what you receive in your order. If you'd like make sure you'll be happy with the currently-available shade, email us to request a free fabric swatch.

How should I care for my Nice Face clothing?
Unless otherwise specified, machine wash cold and hang to dry!

I live in or near Boston. May I pick up my order?
Sorry, we do not offer local pick-up of orders.
